Well, after one last group hug, 24 year old was off to the Army. His dad, (Blue Eyed Husband), drove him to where he needed to be. I chose not to go. It's all good. I am so grateful for all the encouragement and prayers from all of you. It means so much, and I can't begin to thank all of you enough. You really have helped make this transition easier. My peeps thank you.

So after I cleaned the house, cleaned it again, and then cleaned it some more, (thats what I do when I'm working through stuff), I decided to fix up the dinning room table all spring and pretty like.

I used the bargain flowers, dishes I already had, & candle sticks I traded with very generous Goodfriend,

The clear vase I got at Goodwill, and the garden bird from Christmas Tree for .18cents

The ribbon I picked up at WalMart for very cheap. I'm really into pinks and whites lately. Rather then fighting it, I'm just going for it! This too shall pass.

Big Hugs To You My Friends!!! Thank You.

If you need to "work through" anything else you can come to my house. I'm sure it would thank you! Seriously, though, I'll keep you in my prayers. Your table looks lovely. I'm amazed by your talent.

What a lovely touch you have with everything...including words.

So sorry you have to say farewell to your son for a bit. I will pray for his safety. Blessings my friend.

Oh my friend I feel your pain. Mine is not nearly that old. But I am just having a hard time dealing with him growing up. Why does it have to happen so fast?

But your table looks pretty! Love the ribbon around the china. Beautiful!

Hi Lisa!

I can't imagine watching my son or daughter for that matter go off to the military. I am so thankful and filled with gratitud to have him serving our country for my freedom. But, as a mom, it must be hard.

You did a great job while "working through"...everything looks beautiful and budget friendly.

(((hugs)))

Beautiful. You need to come to Cali and show me how to do all that fun stuff you do. Love those flowers. I'm sure today was difficult. Will continue to pray for you all. Please keep us posted on how things are going.
