WE SANG AND DANCED, (AND ATE, & ATE), FOREVER AND A DAY!

Last night, I attended a cooking class, put on by this sweet girls,(holding her precious chicken ) mother.

I've known Lori for years. Since High School actually.

Cooking classes, well, can be boring. Yup, boring...

Even when the instructor provides coffee,

a beautiful table setting to dine at,

while she cooks with the back drop of a gorgeous kitchen recently remodeled by her very talented husband

(my dream fridge. LOVE IT!!!)

But girlfriends, if you think we were bored last night, honey, you'd be wrong! Sooo wrong!

Lori is the most fun, funny, talented, wonderful, person anyone could know! Not only does she cook amazing dishes, she makes you laugh the whole evening so much, you rethink not wearing your depends.

She even has her good friend/neighbor Jen help her out when the apple gets stuck.

She cooked and cooked.

And cooked and cooked.

We laughed and drooled, laughed and drooled!

"Wait a minute, did I just make 8 summer salads?"

You did Lori, you did.

If I say we ate like pigs,

would you hold it against me?

Because really, we couldn't help ourselves. And just when you think your belly couldn't be any more full, and all you want to do is veg for a bit... the music begins.

and so does the dancing!

Dancing at a cooking class you ask? Yup we sang and danced forever and a day.

This is my second class I've attended. You know I've already signed up for the next one! You wish you could come don't ya!

La, la, la, la, la, la, La, la, la, la, la, la, La, la, la, la, La, la, la, la, la, la, Those were the days, oh yes, those were the days!

I love you Lorilee Albergetti!
