HOBBY LOBBY, COME THIS WAY!!!

A blog friend over at Life at Eventually Cottage, went to Hobby Lobby for the first time recently,

This is what she had to say...

Ladies, I had my very first trip to Hobby Lobby recently! Yes, very first! Until last month, Hobby Lobby didn't exist in my area here in NY.

There is only one word that will describe my feelings for this store... LOVE!!!!

Seriously, I felt like a little kid in a candy store or on Christmas morning!!!

I had heard that it was like Michaels on steroids, but I had no idea!!!!

I don't think the smile left my face the entire time I was in there, and I don't think there is one inch of that store that I didn't visit.

This scrapbook paper is like none that I've seen before... beautiful! I've been searching for black and white toile scrapbook paper for months and found it!!!Can't wait to get started on some projects with this paper!!!!!!!!!!!!Ladies, if you have a Hobby Lobby in your area... don't walk, RUN there NOW!!!!

My daughter says she feels the same way! LOL I can easily spend an hour in the 2 or 3 aisles of wrought iron stuff...

I was Hobby Lobby deprived until we moved in June. It is such a fun store. I worked at a craft store in PA that was similar, except we didn't sell fabric. We had women who literally shopped a few times a week.

They obviously don't know where Oregon is, either. I've been hearing a lot about Hobby Lobby on the blogs I read, and I had never heard of them before, so I looked on their website to find where the nearest store is. The closest one to us is Meridian, Idaho! I guess I may never know just how wonderful Hobby Lobby is. He he. :)

I was just there today. It is a Texas decoratin' Mama's go to spot. My favorite part about them is that they honor the Lord and are closed on Sundays and every Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter they take out a full page spread solely for thanks and praise to the Lord.

Man, it's hard for me to imagine a place without a Hobby Lobby. What do you people do for crafting? I usually go there once a week...if not more. :) Plus, I love it! I always buy things on sale. And if it's not half price, there is usually a 40% off coupon that I get in an email. Wow, I don't even want to imagine life without a Hob Lob. Let me know if you ever want something from there....I'll send it your way.

I live about 7 mins from a Hobby Lobby and go there often. I don't think you can beat their frames and scrape booking supplies. Thanks for visiting today. I don't think my photos do the floors justice, I so need a new camera...(thinking of asking for donations) lol
